About these terms
These are the basic terms under which you use the aerpilates.com website and book classes or private sessions with us. By using the site or attending a class, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email hello@aerpilates.com and we'll happily walk you through it.
Booking and payment
Bookings, packs, memberships, and payments are processed by Arketa. When you complete a booking, you're entering into a transaction with Aer Pilates through Arketa's platform and agreeing to Arketa's terms in addition to ours.
Cancellation and late-cancel policy
Our current class and membership cancellation policies live on the Pricing page FAQ. In short: memberships require a 3-month commitment, late cancels (inside 12 hours of class) may incur a $15 fee for unlimited members or use a class credit for pack holders.
Health and safety
Reformer Pilates and Aerial Silks involve physical movement. By booking with us, you confirm you've consulted your healthcare provider about whether this kind of movement is right for you, and you accept the inherent risks. Tell your instructor about any injury, pregnancy, or condition that may affect your practice — we modify extensively.
