Two weeks of unlimited semi-private Reformer Pilates and Aerial Silks. Your two weeks begin the day of your first class — not the day you pay. By the end, expect to feel stronger in your core, more connected to your breath, and noticeably more supported in your daily movement.

Membership FAQ
What if I go on vacation or get sick? Is there a freeze option?
Yes. Life happens. You can freeze your membership for up to 1 month at a time for a hold charge of $30. Give us 7-14 days' notice prior to your billing cycle and we'll arrange it.
Are classes beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Our classes meet you wherever you are in your movement journey. We provide modifications and challenges to suit every level.
Can I do Pilates if I'm pregnant?
Yes, yes, and yes. We have specialized programming for pregnancy and postpartum. Pilates is the number-one prescription for strengthening the deep abdominals and pelvic floor in preparation for birth and recovery.
What are the late-cancel fees?
For unlimited memberships, the first late cancel (canceling within the 12-hour window) is waived. After that, a $15 late cancel fee applies. For class packs, a late-cancel simply uses the class credit rather than charging a fee.
Membership cancellation policy
Memberships require a 3-month commitment and auto-renew month-to-month thereafter unless canceled. A minimum of 2 weeks' written notice via email is required to cancel. Memberships remain active and billable until the notice period is complete.
