Who we are

Aer Pilates ("we", "us") is a boutique Reformer Pilates and Aerial Silks studio located at 4511 S Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78745. You can reach us at hello@aerpilates.com.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly — for example, when you sign up for a class, enroll in a membership, fill out an intake form, or email us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, emergency contact, and information about your health and movement history that you choose to share.

When you book or pay through our website, your bookings and payments are processed by our booking platform (Arketa) and their payment processor. We do not directly store your full payment-card information.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm, and manage your classes and private sessions.
• To communicate with you about your bookings, classes you've shown interest in, or changes to studio operations.
• To improve our programs based on the aggregate, anonymized patterns we see in how clients use the studio.
• To comply with applicable law.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and check the SMS-consent box on our intake or booking form, we may send you text messages about your time with the studio. Our texting is operated on our behalf by Naptic, our technology partner, and delivered through Twilio. The messages you may receive:

• Class and appointment reminders and booking confirmations.
• Replies and follow-ups to questions you send us.
• Special offers, intro-pack reminders, and occasional check-ins or re-engagement messages.

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (up to about 6 per month). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT); reply HELP for help. Reply START to opt back in.

Your mobile information — your phone number and SMS-consent records — is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with Twilio and the phone carriers needed to deliver your messages, and with Naptic, which operates the texting service on our behalf.

Who we share it with

We share your information with the service providers we use to run the studio — currently Arketa (booking and payments), Google (email and document hosting), and Naptic, our technology partner. Naptic runs this website and powers the text-message and email replies you receive from us, including the automated assistant that answers questions about classes and booking. We do not sell your information.

How we protect your data

We take the security of your information seriously. Our systems are built and monitored together with Mayday Cybersecurity, our security partner, who helps us guard your data against unauthorized access. Payment-card details are handled by our booking platform (Arketa) and its payment processor, not stored directly by us.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses minimal cookies — primarily those required by our booking widget (Arketa) to function. We may use simple, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages on our site are visited most. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@aerpilates.com. You can unsubscribe from our class-reminder and newsletter emails using the link at the bottom of any message.

Changes

We may update this policy as our studio and tools evolve. We'll always post the latest version here with an updated effective date.
