An 18-week research initiative exploring how a structured combination of Pilates and aerial silks training supports women's strength, confidence, and control — both on the ground and in the air.
Participants train at least twice a week in the combined Reformer Pilates and Aerial Silks track on a discounted study membership, beginning with a 30-minute baseline assessment in the AER Method Lab.
Meet Jenn
Jenn Vigh holds an MSc in Sports Therapy from London, a Women's Health Certificate from APPI, and reformer + equipment certifications from APPI and Polestar Pilates. She trained at APPI Health Group in Hampstead Heath, taught in Melbourne, and brought it all home to South Austin.
